Agence Centrafricaine pour la Formation Professionnelle et l'Emploi - ACFPE

The ACFPE is a Vocational Training Institution with administrative and financial management autonomy.

Its mission:

• Promote the permanent policy of the Government in terms of Vocational Training.
• Ensure cooperation in this area with the competent sub-regional and international institutions.

Its attributions:

• Undertake research and studies in relation to the problems of human resources development and particularly those related to the Planning of Employment and Vocational Training.
• Collaborate at the request of the Government in the preparation and execution of training plans and programs. Facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences with national, regional and international organizations.
• Collect and disseminate information and documentation on Vocational Training identification of training needs with companies;
• The development of training plans on behalf of companies;
• Organization of further training courses for employees and other workers;
• The organization of additional training sessions for job seekers.
