The mission of the National Fund for Professional Learning, Training and Development is to contribute to the implementation of the government's policy on vocational training and development by providing financial support to institutions, organizations and businesses involved in 'study, design and implementation of professional learning, training and development programs.

As such, he is responsible for:

• To finance all or part of continuing vocational training actions at the request of a company, professional organizations and unions or responding to a specific and identified demand from the labor market;
• To contribute to the study and identification of learning and vocational training needs;
• Support businesses in the modern sector and economic operators in the informal sector and the craft sector, with a view to the development and implementation of their training plans and / or projects;
• To participate in the renewal of apprenticeship by making it evolve towards work-study or dual-type training.
