GOTICOM or "Group of Information and Communication Technology Operators" is a private association created in 2000 to boost the information and communication technology sector in Madagascar.
Its main objective is to improve training.
With this in mind, alongside the partnership with the main public centers already in existence, such as the National School of Informatics, the Higher Polytechnic School of Antananarivo, the MISA (Masters in Computer Science and Applied Statistics), the Goticom works in collaboration with private training centers (ERD, BIG, etc.) to adapt their training offer.
