Competency-based approach to technical and vocational education and training in Africa
Study based on seven African countries: Benin, Ethiopia, Ghana, Morocco, Rwanda, Senegal, and South Africa.
Seven francophone and non-francophone African countries (Benin, Ethiopia, Ghana, Morocco, Rwanda, Senegal and South Africa) were visited during this study in order to determine the status of implementation of the competency-based training (CBT) approach in each of these countries as well as good practices and challenges experienced.
