CALL FOR PROPOSAL: Support the development of the contents of a training course in Technical and Vocational Education and Training Management and Piloting (PGEFTP)

The general objective of the mission is to ensure the design and development of the content, in French, of the following PGEFTP training modules:

•     Module 1: "TVET: Specificities, issues and challenges";
•     Module 2: "Elements of labour market analysis";
•     Module 3: "Costs and Financing of TVET";
•     Module 4: "Strategic and operational planning and contribution to the implementation of vocational training reforms".

In designing and developing content, the consultant must take into account and build on the resources that exist within IIEP, but also within UNESCO generally and externally, while adapting them to the reality of TVET and improving them where necessary.

Candidates interested in this mission must be fluent in French and will find all the details in the Terms of Reference available for download at this link (in French only).

•     An updated and detailed curriculum vitae;
•     An expression of interest letter detailing, among other things, the choice of the module(s) for which they are applying, their skills for carrying out the tasks described above, their professional experience, in particular, as well as their knowledge of TVET issues in Africa;
•     A methodological note indicating the understanding of the TORs
•     A financial proposal. and the working approach to achieve the expected results, including taking into account existing resources and adapting them to the reality of TVET;
