The Automotive Industry Trades Training Institutes was created with the National Pact for Industrial Emergence (PNEI), signed under the effective presidency of His Majesty King Mohammed VI on 02/13/2009 to meet the recruitment and skills needs of companies in the Automotive sector.
This gave birth to the four Automotive Industry Trades Training Institutes.
The missions of IFMIA are multiple:
- pre-employment training;
- qualifying training for hiring;
- continuing education and training sessions
- staff development in the automotive industry sector;
- any other training course in trades related to trades in the Automotive Industry for the benefit of operators, technicians and middle management staff;
- laboratory tests.
IFMIA also participates in the development of the automotive industry.
