The CEFAs are public education, training and apprenticeship establishments. Officially launched on November 9, 2016, these establishments offer qualifying training to young Congolese. What to promote their access to employment and contribute to the economic development of the country. The country currently has 6 CEFAs spread over 3 cities, Brazzaville, Pointe-Noire and Dolisie.

CEFAs train in 6 major sectors of activity: construction, service trades, industrial maintenance, auto mechanics trades and agricultural trades.
