Ressources Humaines Excellence Afrique - REA
The HR Excellence Africa Program (REA), launched in September 2015 in Abidjan, was born from an initiative of the French Council of Investors in Africa (CIAN), in conjunction with MEDEF.
Based on a strengthening of concrete dialogue between vocational training establishments and companies, the Program aims to ensure that the training offer in Africa meets the needs of the real economy to improve employability and thus face the major challenge. of the continent: to train its youth. Fostering a partnership between two worlds too often far apart, promoting quality, strengthening or creating training courses, these are the ambitions of the Program.
Initiated in French-speaking Africa, the REA program, which has received long-term financial support from AFD, aims to become continental and multilingual. It is open to all training establishments wishing to benefit from the HR Excellence Africa certification and labeling, as well as to companies, professional organizations and consular chambers.
Since the end of 2016, the REA program has been operational in four countries: Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal. The RH Excellence Afrique association, based in Abidjan, manages and coordinates the REA program around its founding members who participate in the orientations of the program.
