The National Union of Mauritanian Employers (UNPM), brings together almost all companies operating throughout the national territory.
The activities of the organization are subdivided into two major main components:
- The first, qualified as classic or static, is limited to the fundamental functions of a typical employers' organization, of support and assistance to its members in the field of industrial relations.
- While the second mission, qualified as dynamic, constitutes in itself an awareness of the need to become more involved, at all levels of the process of economic and social development of the country, and to support it - ci, by the implementation of essential tools for the promotion and development of private initiative.
