The Observatory of Trades and Skills of Professional Branches (abbreviation Observatoire des Branches or OdB) is an organization established in 2014 under the aegis of the CGEM (General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco).
The mission of the OdB is to support the Branches and Professional Associations (BP / PA) in anticipating the effects of multifactorial changes, the preparation of development plans and the modalities of their implementation.
The objective is to produce a portrait of the trades, the skills repository and continuous training plans for BP / PA.
